ConocoPhillips Charter Tech is pleased to announce the receipt of two purchase orders from ConocoPhillips for the design, integration and implementation of two Burner Management Systems (BMSs). Both systems are to be installed at the ConocoPhillips operated oil terminal at Seal Sands, Teesside in the United Kingdom. One system is for an eight-burner crude oil stabilizer, and the other for a four-burner boiler. These two control systems will be for the sixth and last crude oil stabilizer and the third and last boiler, all provided by Charter Tech. The smart execution and efficient implementation of the very first system resulted in Charter Tech being awarded the ConocoPhillips "supplier of Excellence" award. From the first system in 2001 to the systems currently being engineered, these attributes have been applied to every project during the six year program. |
